Please enjoy this myofunctional therapy discussion and workshop we gave to an audience of parents with infants.  This time we had the honor of listening to Dr. Alex Pavenko, Edmonton dentist who delves deeper into how important it is to have a healthy upper airway, and how it relates to healthy sleep, and health in general.  Following that, Leanna Enstrom and Evelyn Tilroe, myofunctional therapists, provided their workshop to the parents with exercises they can take home and use right away.
